Hi, I'm Wilbert. I've studied Biology in Nijmegen and obtained my MSc in 2001. In 2002-2003 I've been involved in setting up an educational/pr website for the Biosciences Institute of the Science faculty at the Radboud University Nijmegen. From 1998-2008 I've been a teaching assistent at several practicals of Bacholor Biology courses at this university. Momentarilly I'm looking for a job, while looking after my parents and my disabled brother.

The website to the international Music Meeting of 10, 11 and 12 May 2008 in Park Brakkenstein, Nijmegen. It contains the program, interviews and links to life feeds of performances. Yet there is nothing like the real thing, so I think I'll visit the Music Meeting again this afternoon.
The festival is like a mix of the Valkhofaffaire and WHAA at the Vierdaagsefeesten, the festivities accompanying the 4 days marches in the third week of July. LAst night there was room for more visitors. I don't know if it's because the Music Meeting lacked the crowds of the Vierdaagsefeesten last night or if it was because Park Brakkenstein is just bigger than Valkhof park and Kelfkensbosch square combined. To me it seems to have been a combination of the two.

These solar trees are planned to be placed in recreation park Busloo near Twello in the east of The Netherlands. The council still has to agree to start placing the trees in 2010. I heard this as a news item on Vroege vogels radio of May 4th

Green house that use conventional greenhouse lights consume a lot of energy. Making use of LED's would save up to 80% per square meter and LED's last 5 times longer. Apart from this LED's come in different colours and thus depending on the chosen influence plant growth and fruit set can be influenced. I found this site through a news link on Vroege vogels.

It would have been nice to have had a set of posters of this a year ago, in the preparation of the Evolution Biology course. On the down site, you have to click through two more links before you get to the actual posters. Furthermore, you have to scroll from right to left to follow tje timeline. Apart from that it looks beautifull.

I've only glanced a bit of this website, and thus far liked what I found. Lot's of info on space exploration.
Excerption from the website's Mission Statement:
"The Lunar and Planetary Institute, a division of the Universities Space Research Association, was established during the Apollo missions to foster international collaboration and to serve as a repository for information gathered during the early years of the space program.
Today, the LPI is an intellectual leader in lunar and planetary science..."
